Alarming video footage has surfaced of a group of very young children in St. Paul, Minnesota hitting and punching two St. Paul police officers.
The children can also be heard verbally attacking the officers, saying things like, ‘Shut up b***h,’ and ‘Shut the f**k up!’
Police were reportedly at the house to serve a search warrant for a murder suspect.
Those toddlers in Minnesota need to be taken away from their parents, and put into homes where they can learn respect. It’s obvious the children are like the parents. Someday those kids will need officers help.

Disturbing Situation
In the video, the children appear to be dressed only in underwear or diapers. However, at one point, there is an adult male that can be heard off camera calling one of the cops, at least one of whom appears black, “oreo head.”
Sheila Qualls is a journalist who broke this video footage for Alpha News. What she describes happening here is spot on.
“It is a foreshadowing of poverty, prison, and even death. It tells the story of children — who through no fault of their own — have been corrupted and abandoned by a system that places no value on the traditional nuclear family.”

But there is also an accurate description of where this startling behavior may have begun, at least with any parents of these children. Qualls writes, “The behavior of these children is eerily similar to the behaviors of rioters who burned and looted Minneapolis two years ago.”

The George Floyd Effect
After the murder of George Floyd by a police officer, many American cities saw an increase in crime. It was the obvious answer to the calls by Progressives to ‘defund the police.’ The Minneapolis/St. Paul area was certainly no exception.
As rioting continued, so did the increase in crime. In 2021, murders in the Twin Cities rose from just 22 in 2019, to 135 in 2021. Homicide rates for the entire state of Minnesota rose from 117 in 2019 to 185 in 2020, an increase of 58%.
The increases were not just limited to homicides. Other crimes such as assault, burglary, rape, and theft also increased. The increase in murder rates was not just limited to the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Homicide records were broken in almost every large American city in 2021. Philadelphia topped the list at 521, but even smaller cities like Rochester, New York, Toledo and Columbus, Ohio, and Louisville, Kentucky broke decades-old homicide rates.
These grim statistics prompted the Minneapolis City Council, in December of 2021, to conclude that perhaps defunding the police was not a good idea after all, and voted to allocate $191 million in the proposed city budget for law enforcement. The proposal brought police funding almost back to pre-Floyd levels.
Currently in St. Paul, there are 620 police officers for a city of 305,877 residents.

Internet Users Outraged At The Video
As might be expected, those on social media who witnessed the video were outraged. Most putting this obviously-learned behavior squarely at the feet of the children’s parents.
One user stated the obvious:
So much rage. That’s not normal for a child. Also not normal-out on the street, unsupervised, in their underwear. Neglected, abused, and totally bereft of hope. Why are we, as a culture, accepting this? And how do we turn it around? NO child should live like this.
— Rochelle Wentz (@rochellewentz) July 11, 2022
Another user also had a prediction:
This is definitely learned hate. And the language is abhorrent, it is not cute or funny. If they have no respect for authority then they will probably have no respect for teachers either.

Someone else may have made a correct assessment of the home life of these children:
These are not parents, this child has so much violence and hate that I don’t think he has ever had a person read to him, cook him a meal that he can rely on daily. Give him a hug daily. He has only seen ugliness & can’t imagine how he is Spoken to & beaten daily this he knows.

Sheila Qualls rightly called out not just the parents, but others ultimately responsible for failing these children:
It should be embarrassing to leaders who have failed to lead a community toward virtue and morality. We can do better, and we must. Let’s stop playing politics with our children’s lives. I do not believe this is what civil rights leaders wanted for the future of the black community. These children and our country deserve better.
